Description
This is a painting I did of Jeffrey Johns @jeffrecluse known to most as Big Jeff @bigjeffjohnsart he’s a famous gig goer and artist here in Bristol and a lovely bloke. Someone wrote if you see Big Jeff at a gig you know you made the right choice with your evening. Jeff was in a fire 6 months ago he was rescued by Blue watch temple fire station and has been in and out of Southmead and Morristown hospital since then. Last month I saw him coming out of @exchangebristol before a @conjureruk gig and decided to do this painting to celebrate Big Jeff’s recovery and return to gigs. 50% of profits will go to Big Jeff’s fundraiser for Southmead Hospital. This is being done with agreement from Jeff’s Art Manager. Welcome back Jeff.
